BR 2-18: The ugly duckling

"'Leave my egg?' says mother duck. 'No. I can't leave it!'"(p.5.)

The story is famous all over the world. I know this story in Japanese. When I was a child, I read this book. Now, when I read this book, I feel so sad. An ugly duckling is so poor animal.

At first, the ugly duckling was protected by her mother. He is always said by everyone "He is ugly duckling!" I feel so sad when I read it. I would not like to read this book again.  He is a outcast everywhere.

Finally, he became a beautiful swan. I am so glad to see it. I think that everyone should say him sorry.
He was always lonely.

This book is a little bit sad and interesting. If you interested in this book, you should read it. I recommend you this book. It is fun for me to read.
