Jetlag

I will talk about Jet lag. Jet lag is a result of travel across several time zones. I became Jet lag in Minnesota life first day. When your body clock perceives light or darkness many hours later or earlier than usual, the part of the brain that activates hunger, thirst, sleep, body temperature, blood pressure, hormones, and glucose in the blood stream, may give you body confusing massages. When I became Jet lag, I became better next day. I tried good sleep for a long time. If you become Jet lag, you good sleep for a long time, and you may good.
